Ah, the Sunhide Gronnling. Who doesn't want this guy? He is definitely one of the most sought after mounts of WoD and people spend between hours and days camping for him.

This mount drops from a rare mob named Poundfist who has 5 spawn points in Gorgrond

His spawn timer is completely random and he is affected by reset. If you plan on camping this guy you should definitely start after reset and either join or create a raid group so that you can cover all spawn points. This is to ensure that some random player doesn't just ninja it and you waste your time.

There really isn't much to go on, we only know he spawns once on every server between reset days. I would definitely recommend you have NPC scan as it will detect him if he spawns nearby. Also you are going to want Aviana's Feather or a glider of some sort in case he spawns at a location fairly far from you, just in case people can't wait to tag him.

I obtained my sunhide gronnling fairly early on in WoD, I camped for roughly 2 days minus the time I spent sleeping with my volume on max. Luckily for me I had a very good raid group who waited for everyone who wasn't AFK and used raid warnings to try alert anyone who might've been sleeping or AFK.
